101 USES FOR TOUGHSEAL

As a Master detailer, I am always on the lookout for products that will give me that edge over the rest of the detailers out there
My drive for perfection and goal to revolutionise the way cars are detailed has led me to try the Toughseal polishes/sealants

Whenever I buy products, they go through a rigorous R&D process where they are applied to every surface of vehicles to see what else they might be useful for
So when Step 1 was purchased last year, of course I knew it was a non abrasive cleaning compound for paint but I found that it did so much more
By Makita rotary polisher at 900 to 1500 rpm, step 1 applied to a just washed and clayed paint finish, it removes oxidation, cleans all the sediment and foreign matter out of the clear coat pores and gives a brilliant gloss which you can then take to a newer level with Menzerna or other brand of Abrasive polishes.

But it doesn’t end there. Step 1 also deep cleans and polishes unpainted exterior trim moldings, wiper arms, those little plastic wiper jets on the bonnet of your car, interior vinyl door trims it gives a shiny but dry finish and it is insane on glass

So use it by rotary with anything from a white polishing pad to a black, blue or red Lake Country finishing pad and watch the car come to life
In some cases it fills in the orange peel in the clear coat of the paint

Step 2 I now use on the paint by machine straight after Step 1 to enhance the smoothness, colour and depth of the paint
After this, prepsol is applied to remove the sealant and I start polishing with abrasives.
Once this is done, I reapply step 1 and 2 by hand to enhance the finish more and then seal the paint.
Put these two on your mag wheels, plastics, spoilers, glass and even your interior door skins and you will be amazed.

Attached are a couple of photo's of my bike after using Toughseal. I was so impressed with the finish that I had to take a photo right there and then, (hence the background!)

I would defiantly promote this product to anyone who like's a shiny bike or car.

Just a quick note to give you my thoughts on the Toughseal product.

I have used Toughseal on my 1999 Mercedes E55, 2003 Lexus RX 330 and 1994 Porsche 928 GTS, 1999 Volvo V40 and 1985 528i BMW.. The product is truly amazing and provided the preparation is done properly, that is making sure the paint surface is good and free of dirt, the shine and protection is fantastic.

Especially on my Porsche, the shine, protection and smoothness was unbelievable and I always received comments on the condition of the car. The major difference is that there is no need to polish and that wax always to some degree dulls the shine, whereas Toughseal is totally clear and really brings out the base shine of the paintwork.

I have also found that the finish improves over about 6 months,.

I am happy to recommend this product to anyone wanting the very best finish on their car, and one that only requires washing.

How my car looks now.....
Well it took me a little longer than anticipated, about 5 hours all up. Washing, stage 1, buff off stage 1, more buffing to get all marks off and then 2 coats of stage 2 that went on like a breeze. Worth doing right and worth doing well the first time and now my car looks a million dollars.

Should now stay this way for may years to come.

I am in the process of buying a new car and trading in my 1996 Daewoo. Whilst it was clean, I had only completed the bonnet. I was offered $2000 trade in. I then finished it off with Tough seal and it looked really good, result trade in value $3750.

In the Northern Territory we pay through the nose for every single thing we buy. When I brought the Mazda3, I just wasn't prepared to pay the extravagant cost the dealership charged for paint protection, which you need in the NT due to the harsh climate. So I went on the internet and found ToughSeal. I called and spoke with the very helpful staff about myself applying ToughSeal, as there is no distributors in the NT.

I was advised of the benefits and that it was similar to polishing a car. So I purchased the product and I was also emailed some additional information regarding applying the product. I applied Toughseal to the Mazda3 and it looked just brilliant, in fact the photo's don't do it justice, as the colour is Velocity Red and there is gold metallic under the red paint, which can't be seen in the photo. In fact the Madza3 looked so great, I also decided to do the Holden and what can I say it is brilliant as well, although the paint work is older. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe Toughseal and the way that both my cars look like. Cheers
